Privacy Policy

Canvas Tracer (“we”, “us”) is operated by Imran Nuri Creative LLC. This policy explains what information we collect when you use canvastracer.com and how we protect it.
What we collect
- Account information: your email address, used to sign you in and contact you about your account.
- Your images: reference images you upload, plus the alignment and display settings you save for each.
- Billing information: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep your Stripe customer ID, membership status and renewal date.
- Basic technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept by our hosting providers for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
Only to run Canvas Tracer: to sign you in, store and show your images to you, process your membership, and send account emails (welcome, payment receipts, renewal reminders and important notices). We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use your images for anything other than displaying them back to you.
Who can see your images
Only you. Images are kept in private storage, and access rules in our database restrict every image to the account that uploaded it. Links used to display images expire automatically.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to operate the service:
- Supabase — database, sign-in and image storage
- Stripe — payment processing
- Resend — sending account emails
- Netlify — website hosting
Cookies
We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep data
While your membership is active, we keep your images until you delete them. If your membership ends, we keep them for 90 days in case you return, then permanently delete them (we email you before this happens). You can delete your entire account at any time from the Account page, which immediately deletes your images and account. Payment records are retained by Stripe as required by law.
Security
All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Images are stored privately, access is enforced at the database level, and secret keys are kept on the server only.
Your choices and rights
You can view, download or delete your images at any time, and delete your account from the Account page. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct or delete your data — email us and we’ll help.
Children
Canvas Tracer is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we’ll update this page and notify members by email.
