Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Imran Nuri Creative LLC (“we”, “us”) for use of Canvas Tracer at canvastracer.com. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

Canvas Tracer is a browser-based tool that displays and perspective-warps reference images for projection onto a surface. You need your own projector and a device connected to it.

2. Membership and billing

• Access requires a paid membership, currently $5 USD per month or $24 USD per year (plus any applicable taxes). You can switch between monthly and yearly from your Account page.
• Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price until cancelled. We email you at least 3 days before each monthly renewal and at least 7 days before each yearly renewal.
• You can cancel anytime from your Account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the month or year you’ve paid for.
• Refunds: if you request a refund within 14 days of a charge, we’ll refund it in full. After that, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend access until it’s resolved.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the images you upload. You give us permission only to store them and display them back to you so the service works. Only upload images you own or have the right to use; you’re responsible for how you use any copyrighted reference material.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no illegal content, no attempts to access other accounts or disrupt the service, and no reselling or sharing accounts. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Data retention

If your membership ends, we keep your images for 90 days and then delete them permanently, after notifying you by email. You may delete your account at any time.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that projected results will be suitable for any particular purpose. Please keep your own copies of important images.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms or the price. We’ll give members notice by email before material changes or a price change takes effect at renewal.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, USA.
